• Good knowledge to computer and Excel

• Diligent, Loyal and responsible. Team player
• 1-2 yrs experience in Freight Forwarding field is a plus.

[Job description]

• Contact Airline and Ocean carrier to book the space, track the shipment, negotiate for better price
• Cargo handling and assistant for warehouse supervisor
• Truck dispatch
• Small package label creating
• Documentation. AES(Export declaration) AWB, Warehouse receipt, freight invoice, Pickup order, Delivery order
• Daily report, weekly report
• Supervision of destruction work  in warehouse
• Administrational assistance for Branch Manager
